D-Link is launching a range of new switches, cloud-based IT management solutions and upgrades to its existing devices during MWC in Barcelona.<\/p>\n
It is launching the Mydlink Pro Series, consisting of three new\u00a0surveillance cameras with premium features, the\u00a0mydlink Pro Series works in collaboration with the new mydlink app, which\u00a0was announced at CES in January 2018. All three cameras have full HD\u00a01080p resolution with IVA features, are\u00a0IP65 weatherproof and feature\u00a0cloud recording. The new cameras include: DCS-8650LH Dual Lens 180\u00b0 Full HD Outdoor\u00a0Wi-Fi Camera;\u00a0iF Design Award-winning DCS-1820LM\u00a04G LTE Outdoor Camera; and the\u00a0DCS-2802KT Wire-Free Outdoor Camera Kit.<\/p>\n
The company is showcasing mobile connectivity gigabit solutions, a range of new mobile solutions to bring seamless connectivity to\u00a0consumers, businesses and carriers. This includes, Edge as a service, connected transportation, smart parking, smart retail, BLE IoT solutions, fixed mobile convergence and connectivity and surveillance.<\/p>\n
D-Link is exhibiting its new range of switches designed to support the growing demand for smart city applications, industrial automation and rapid adoptions of Industry 4.0 techniques. The switches include, the DIS-100G Industrial Gigabit Unmanaged Switch\u00a0Series: a entry-level Ethernet switch for\u00a0industrial environments. These unmanaged switches offer\u00a0plug-and-play installation, ideal for network edge deployment.;The DIS-300G Industrial Gigabit Managed\u00a0Switches: for industrial and smart city applications,\u00a0including remote monitoring of\u00a0performance, fine-grained configuration of data flows and\u00a0Quality of Service (QoS) to prioritise vital data; and the\u00a0DIS-700G Industrial Layer 2+ Gigabit Managed\u00a0Switch: equipped with intelligent QoS features including SPQ, WRR and\u00a0SPQ+ WRR scheduling schemes to support traffic shaping and\u00a0bandwidth management.<\/p>\n
During MWC it also unveiled Nuclias, the company\u2019s new subscription-based, cloud network management\u00a0solution, enabling managed service providers and business owners to\u00a0remotely configure and monitor their network infrastructures anywhere, at\u00a0any time. The Nuclias app and online portal offer a range of flexible\u00a0features accessible at the touch of a button.\u00a0They provide users with complete autonomy to manage wireless access\u00a0points, capture and analyse insights into every connected device.<\/p>\n
D-Link is launching new support for SDN via a free upgrade for D-Link\u2019s\u00a0DGS-3000 (Access layer) and DGS-3630 (Aggregation layer) switches, and all\u00a0new DXS\/DQS-5000 data centre switches, which will offer up to 32\u00a0100GbE ports for Top-of-Rack or End-of-Row applications<\/p>\n
The enhanced DGS-3000 and DGS-3630 firmware, which also enables support\u00a0for OpenFlow 1.3, will be available for testing in Q2 and Q1 respectively.\u00a0The DXS\/DQS-5000 series switches will be available from the end of Q2\u00a02018, supporting OpenFlow 1.3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
