{"id":90235,"date":"1999-12-31T00:36:00","date_gmt":"1999-12-30T13:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/smartoffice.com.au\/aussies-learning-to-love-telcos\/"},"modified":"1999-12-31T00:36:00","modified_gmt":"1999-12-30T13:36:00","slug":"aussies-learning-to-love-telcos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.strixdevelopment.net\/smartoffice\/1999\/12\/31\/aussies-learning-to-love-telcos\/","title":{"rendered":"Aussies Learning To Love Telcos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Australians are getting happier about their telecommunication services, according to the Communications Alliance, quoting figures from a survey conducted for the alliance by Melbourne-based Roy Morgan Research.<\/p>\n<div><font face=\"sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333330154419px;\">The latest Telecommunications Customer Satisfaction Survey has revealed improvements in four key satisfaction metrics, including overall satisfaction, satisfaction with complaint handling and the ease of understanding bills and contacting service providers, Alliance CEO John Stanton said yesterday.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333330154419px;\"><br \/><\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333330154419px;\">The quarterly national survey, conducted in June, shows 68 percent of customers were happy with the level of service provided by Australian providers.
