BenQ has released a portable projector fluent in content streaming for less than a grand.<\/p>\n

If you’re wondering what makes a projector portable, how does a 1.5kg weight and no installation sound? That’s exactly what BenQ’s GP10 offers. It veers away from the technophile’s fantasy by prioritising the layman’s need for a projector that is easy to use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part of the kit is a USB dongle that can be used for streaming video from laptops and other devices. For easy maintenance it uses a LED lamp as it doesn’t require replacement, also proving beneficial by sparing costs. <\/p>\n

“It’s the perfect home entertainment solution for anyone who considers themselves a novice and feels that setting up a home entertainment projection system may be out of their league,” said , Martin Moelle, the general manager of BenQ Australia. “Really, anyone can do it.”<\/p>\n

Mobility hasn’t seen the projector’s quality compromised. The short throw high definition 720p projector delivers 550ANSI lumens of brightness, a 10,000:1 contrast ratio and its LED light source has a life-span of 33,000 hours. <\/p>\n

A SD card slot and a USB drive makes it easy to view your photos and other stored multimedia. Additionally it can be connected to your DVD player, TV box, iPod or iPhone, tablet, digital camera, PC or laptop, camcorder and game console.<\/p>\n
